Chris Priest
Chris started singing at an age where he had to remove a dummy to do so.
In his teens he won national singing competitions and started gigging professionally.
This was when Chris felt he wanted to push his musical abilities further and started drumming, playing piano and guitar.
This was all made easier with access to his father’s recording studio at home.
This also sparked his interest in writing, producing and engineering music.
Chris comes from a long family line of musicians, his father being his role model and at an early age gave him a great bit of advice…… “son, do not get involved in the music business if you want to be successful”. Of course Chris being a teenager at the time completely ignored this, and has continued to do so way into his 30’s.
Chris has played in three original music bands over the years and enjoyed his career, he can even boast at having Ed Sheeran as his a warm up act!!
Chris and Beverley are looking forward to a long and happy adventure together.
